When will I receive my delivery?

We deliver several times weekly all over Australia. Use the postcode checker above to check delivery times for your area. Remember, you can select a specific delivery date and timeslot (incluing daytime and overnight preferences) when checking out.


Do I need to be home for delivery?

No - most of our customers aren't home for delivery. That's because we deliver with a recyclable insulated box containing gel ice packs which maintain temperature for up to 7 hours in the shade. 


Do you provide tracking?

Absolutely - we'll send you an SMS with a link to tracking information, which automatically updates in real time. We will also send you an SMS once your package has been delivered, with a photo of the package at your address to confirm.


What if I live in a secured apartment?

We deliver to secured apartments all the time. Just remember to ensure that there's a safe place for us to leave your package, and make sure this is mentioned in the notes to your order. We also recommend selecting a daytime delivery slot, as our drivers do not buzz apartments overnight to avoid waking people up.

If our driver is unable to access your building, your package will generally be placed at the entrance of the apartment complex and an SMS will be sent to let you know it's been delivered. In odd cases, such as where there is no access to the building and there appears to be a risk of theft due to high foot traffic in the area, we will attempt to re-deliver your package at a later time.


What if there's an issue with my delivery?

We've all experienced the unthinkable at one point or another in our lives - the delivery notification comes through, and the box is nowhere to be found! Perhaps it's been stolen, or misplaced, or the driver has simply misread the address. Let's be honest, despite the best preparations, on very rare occasions it does happen.

If the unthinkable does occur, don't fret! We're all human, and we're here to help. We pride ourselves on being thoughtful and easy to deal with, so simply contact our team and we'll move mountains to resolve any issue as soon as humanly possible, without making you jump through any hoops.
