When will I receive my delivery?
You can select from multiple delivery dates and times (incluing daytime and overnight preferences) when checking out. Use the postcode checker above to see which days we deliver to your area.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, most of our customers aren't home for delivery. Your meals will arrive in a recyclable box containing an insulated liner and gel ice packs. The package will maintain temperature for up to 7 hours in the shade.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! You'll receive a live tracking link the evening before your delivery is due, including an estimated delivery window. We'll also send you another message once your package has been delivered, including a photo of the delivered package.
What if I live in a secured apartment?
We deliver to secured apartments all the time. Just remember to ensure that there's a safe place for us to leave your package (it's best to mention this in the notes section when checking out). We also recommend selecting a daytime delivery slot, as our drivers do not buzz apartments overnight to avoid waking people up.
If our driver is unable to access your building, your package will generally be placed at the entrance of the apartment complex. In cases where there is no access to the building or there's a heightened risk of theft due to high foot-traffic, we may attempt to redeliver the package at a later time.
What if there's an issue with my delivery?
Many of us have experienced the unthinkable at some point - the delivery notification comes through and the box is nowhere to be found! It might have been stolen, or perhaps the driver has simply misread the address. Despite best preparations, on rare occasions it does happen.
If an issue does occur, don't fret! Our team is easy to deal with and we'll never make you jump through hoops for a solution - we'll simply dispatch a replacement package. Reach out to our team and we'll resolve any issue as soon as possible.
