Verve Food Co. Subscription Policy
If you choose to receive a recurring order from Verve Food Co., these terms and conditions apply to your subscription.
Your subscription
- Your subscription provides a recurring order that is processed on a periodic basis as selected by you, such as weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
- Your selected payment method will be charged according to the subscription cycle that you select, from the date that your subscription is created.
- For example, a weekly subscription will be billed every seven (7) days from the date that you create the subscription.
Promotions
- We will apply a free delivery offer (“Offer”) to consumers who have purchased a recurring order.
- For the purposes of the Offer, a valid recurring order refers to a subscription purchase that has been renewed at least once (i.e., a minimum of two orders in the series).
- By ordering from Verve Food Co., you agree that if your recurring order is cancelled prior to the first renewal, it is not a valid recurring order for the purposes of the Offer, and that the delivery fee will become payable upon cancellation. You agree that under such circumstances, a charge equal to the delivery fee will be debited from your original payment method.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion beyond the first order of your subscription. That is, all subscription orders subsequent to your initial order will be charged based on the recommended retail price, with a discount equal to the delivery fee applied.
Managing your subscription
- You can manage your subscription, including pausing or cancelling the subscription, through the options provided in your Verve Food Co. user account.
Cancellation
- Recurring billing in connection with your subscription will cease immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.
- Recurring payments that have been processed in relation to your subscription are not refundable.
- If you cancel your subscription after a recurring payment has been processed for a given subscription cycle, you will receive your final delivery in connection with the processed payment and no further deliveries.
- If your subscription has already renewed and you do not wish to receive your final delivery, you must contact us by phone or email no later than five days prior to the scheduled delivery to request a refund.
- As our products are made to order, requests for refunds made within five days of the scheduled delivery may only be processed in limited circumstances and solely at our discretion.
Pricing
- We may occasionally update our pricing and fees. It is your responsibility to review your order confirmations and bank statements to make sure that the amounts being debited are acceptable to you, and to let us know if you believe you have been incorrectly billed.
